Part 1: Read the article “Top Ten Frivolous Lawsuits” by author Deborah Ng. Does your review of this article cause you to lose confidence in the judicial system? If so, what (in your opinion) should be done to prevent frivolous lawsuits from being filed?

Part 2: Should ADR be a required step before people can file a lawsuit? Discuss the pros and cons of ADR and Litigation. Then provide your personal opinion of whether ADR should be required before a person can proceed with litigation? Respond to at least one other classmate’s post.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.

The paper should be no more than four pages  in leghth including a title page and reference page. This means two pages of content, which requires clear and focused writing. Avoid excessive use of quotations.
